My name is Hulon “Fred” Simpson. I’m a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and have spent the last 18 years as a Head Chef, specializing in Southern comfort food, handmade pastas, and signature dry rubs and marinades. Cooking isn’t just my career — it’s my way of bringing people together.
I’m an open book when it comes to sharing knowledge — I love teaching others how to cook and creating meals that spark joy. My passion is seeing the smiles that come from good food done right.
There are no limits in my kitchen. Every dish is crafted with the goal of setting us apart as the best — one meal, one experience, and one happy customer at a time.
